Logos, colours, and a paragraph you are welcome to quote.

Everything on this page may be used to write about ShyPay. Please do not alter the mark, and please describe the company accurately — the boilerplate below is written to be copied verbatim.

Logo

The wordmark and the shield mark.

Both are SVG. Use the wordmark wherever there is room for it; use the shield alone only where the name appears adjacent in the same layout.

The ShyPay wordmark: a blue rounded-square shield mark followed by the word ShyPay.

The ShyPay shield mark on its own: a blue rounded square containing a white shield with a check inside.

Usage

Keep clear space around the mark equal to the height of the shield. Do not recolour it, rotate it, add effects to it, stretch it, or place it on a background that leaves the shield with insufficient contrast. Do not use the ShyPay name or mark in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist.

Colour

Four values carry the whole identity.

The palette is deliberately small: a near-black ink on white, one accent, and one tint of that accent for quiet surfaces.

Typeface: Plus Jakarta Sans, served from this site. It is used under the SIL Open Font License; please obtain your own copy rather than hotlinking ours.

Boilerplate

The paragraph, written to be copied.

Accurate as of this page's publication. If you need it checked before you print it, write to press@shypayments.com.

ShyPay, LLC builds ShyPay, a self-custody USDC wallet on Solana, currently in development. It is designed to let people send and request money, pay vendors that accept ShyPay or run the ProxyPay point-of-sale integration, and move money in and out through a regulated provider that performs identity verification. ShyPay does not collect what a user buys, and payments are not routed through card networks; payments are recorded on Solana’s public ledger. ShyPay is non-custodial software: it is not a bank, holds no customer funds, keys or fiat currency, and is not itself a licensed financial institution. ShyPay and ProxyPay are separate companies under common ownership, and that relationship is disclosed to our providers and partners. They are built to run on separate systems, and ShyPay does not receive merchant records or what you bought. ShyPay has not launched and is not yet available to the public.
